Intake & Assessment
The watch is logged, photographed, and assessed. Service scope is determined and put in writing with cost.
Confirmation
You receive the written scope and agree before any work begins. No surprises at collection.
Service Execution
Work is carried out to the agreed scope. If a worn part is found, a separate quote is raised before ordering.
Verification & Return
The watch is tested, timing data is recorded where applicable, and the piece is returned with documentation.
Care Basics

Battery, strap, gasket, and clean — a straightforward option for everyday and travel watches. This service covers the maintenance items a quartz watch needs periodically and doesn't require teardown of the movement itself.

- Battery replacement with correct cell type
- Crown gasket inspection and replacement if required
- Caseback gasket replaced as standard
- Strap or bracelet swap (standard strap included)
- Case exterior wipe-down and initial clean

Mechanical Overhaul

Full teardown, cleaning, oiling, and regulation of mechanical calibres, returned with a written accuracy log. This is the core maintenance event for any automatic or hand-wound movement — typically required every four to six years for a watch in regular use.

A complete rebuild with case and bracelet refinishing for cherished pieces needing structural attention. This service combines the full movement overhaul with cosmetic restoration of the case and bracelet, approached with care for the original surface character.

Each watch in service is stored in its own labelled tray and never mixed with other customers' pieces.
Lubricant Selection
Multiple lubricant viscosities are stocked and matched to the specific movement family being serviced.
Intake Photography
Watches are photographed at intake. Pre-service condition is documented before any work begins.
Written Approval Required
Parts outside the original scope are quoted separately. No component is ordered or fitted without your approval.
Verified Parts Sourcing
Replacement parts are sourced through established supply channels with provenance confirmed before fitting.
Pressure Testing
Where original water resistance ratings apply, gasket replacement and pressure testing are included in the overhaul scope.
Fixed Service Prices
All prices in Thai Baht. Includes labour and standard consumables. Replacement parts quoted separately if required.
