Prices include labour and standard consumables. Replacement parts quoted separately and approved before fitting.

Mainspring publishes its prices openly because the work involved in each tier is well-defined. Care Basics covers quartz maintenance items. The Mechanical Overhaul covers a complete movement service for mechanical calibres. Rebuild & Refinish covers the full scope plus case and bracelet work. There is no haggling and no hidden assessment fee.
When a worn part — a mainspring, a jewel, a crystal — needs replacing, the part cost is quoted separately before ordering. You decide before any additional expense is incurred.
Work You Can Verify
The timing log provided with a Mechanical Overhaul is a document you can keep and compare against future service results. It shows rate deviation across multiple positions, power reserve amplitude, and beat error. These figures give you an objective baseline rather than a general assurance that "the watch is running well."
Rebuild & Refinish jobs include a condition report noting what was found, what was replaced, and how the case finish was approached — useful documentation if the piece holds sentimental or collector value.
